Key Accountabilities

  • A high level description of the outcomes the role is expected to deliver.
  • Key Accountabilities should be:
    • outcome focused, rather than process focused
    • ordered according to what is most important/critical for the success of the role
    • as specific to the role as possible while not detailing tasks.

Tip: As a guide there should be a maximum of 8 'Key Accountabilities' in total.
